Requisitos: Experience -3 years? experience in full life-cycle talent acquisition, staffing and recruiting (minimum national level) -High volume and corporate recruitment experience -Recruitment through multiple channels - social media, careers site, networking and agreed preferred suppliers -Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously -Demonstrated ability to build relationships and establish trust with hiring managers and HR colleagues -Proficiency using ATS systems Skills -A team player and willingness to pitch in when needed on various recruiting initiatives and projects -Highly organized with the skills and ability to effectively prioritize a very busy workload -Ability to adapt to change and seek opportunities for improvement -Has learning agility and keeps up to date with latest approaches for talent acquisition
