Joining the TUI DS Masterbill (MB) Team as a MB executive you will provide a high level of service and support to the hotels portfolio assigned. You will review and update hotels Master Data and be the interface between TUI Germany and our suppliers in Spain in order to manage the payments correctly. You will coordinate and forward the payments and support with any questions or needs of both parties. Moreover, you will assist with complaint management from Hotels portfolio, which includes deductions and all kind of other open payment queries. You will therefore maintain the financial control procedures and process documents accordingly.
