Multinational Company is looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Assurance / Supplier Development Engineer to strengthen and develop his future business for its products. The position belongs to the Global Sourcing organization and reports to the management of Supplier Quality Development. Main responsibilities: • Participate and contribute with component Quality Assurance in different projects • Apply Quality Assurance processes to secure the quality level supplied by their suppliers in new projects as well as in serial production. • For escalated suppliers, apply problem solving methodology in cross functional teams with other departments and suppliers to assure disturbance free assembly at the company. • Actively monitor and follow-up the Supplier KPI Reporting • Initiate and manage supplier quality improvements. • Perform audits at supplier sites • Educate internal stakeholders and suppliers in quality tools and procedures • Continuously contribute in cross functional teams to improve Quality, Delivery and Cost. • Support and communicate between company sites and suppliers in terms of technical and quality issues, e.g. complaint handling, problem solving.
