As an Account Manager, your responsibilities include: - Developing an effective business plan to increase sales in the Dutch market - Negotiating and creating a wide variety of competitive and attractive packages with the hotels in your portfolio - Being responsible for a portfolio of around 200 hotels, in direct charge of the sales - Establishing fruitful business relationships with the hotels in order to get the best competitive offers for your customers - Negotiating specials and original and competitive getaways for our customers throughout the year and for specific marketing operations - Proposing and implementing actions and campaigns to react as fast as possible when sales are not aligned with budget or are decreasing - Market analysis as well as weekly and monthly reports for proper monitoring of sales and revenue - Being in charge of ensuring positive KPI’s including our prices vs competitors, availability and number of offers
