Your main responsibilities would include: - Reception Calls, Broadcast calls from clients dealing with emergency situations and other issues that arise during their stay abroad - Implementation of the hedges settled in each client company - Allocation of professionals necessary for the conveyance of the vehicle to transport passengers - Administrative tasks fax, electronic mail, use templates to manage car rental, hotels, taxis or ticket reservations - Keep track and record all the information: reopening, service changes - Attend the customers needs and provide excellent customer service
