Your new challenge consists of While working primarily independently: Install, maintain and repair MTS Testing and Simulation equipment at customer site. Technical and independent consulting while ensuring optimal employment of the MTS equipment and systems Train users in system use and software operations. Consulting with customer to optimize use of testing and simulation systems. Calibration of MTS and related testing systems. Rebuild and upgrade systems at customer site. “Ownership” of customers and systems during the complete lifecycle. Support of sales and operations departments during pre-sale and pre-installation phases. Ensuring compliance with quality system, health and workplace safety regulations, legal regulations, CE requirements, international norms and internal technical guidelines to prevent health and financial risk. Tracking continual product modifications and technical changes to MTS equipment. Preparing visit reports, installation and service reports, travel expense reports. Independent responsibility for materials and documentation necessary to perform customer orders in a satisfactory and appropriate manner.
