Sir Joan is moving to town and he is on the lookout for a Front Office Host Profile Sir Joan offers you the unique experience of being part of the Front of House team. As a Front Office Host you provide a warm welcome to all our guests whilst offering assistance throughout their experience in the hotel. Exceeding their expectations is your focus! You are responsible for handling arrivals and departures, performing cashiering transactions in compliance with the boutique hotel credit policy, ensuring accurate services to our guests and performing all administrative tasks. What to expect First of all; you will be part of Sir Joan’s (pre)opening Front of House crowd; You provide a smashing welcome to all guests and offer assistance throughout their stay; Handling arrivals & departures just like a real receptionist; Performing all Front of House-related administrative tasks; Give hugs, offer tissues, and anything you can imagine a receptionist normally wouldn’t do Compensation SIR Hotels offers excellent primary- and secondary working conditions (market conformity) training- and development programs and employee discounts.
