He/she is aware of the daily operation of all departments, overlooking the day to day Desk operation and has the responsibility of offering assistance wherever needed. Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones Booking Vip’s tables at the main clubs of the island Be constantly informed about the main events happening in Ibiza Arranging airport pick-ups and luxury transport Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure complete service recovery Supervising, training and developing a team of staff, including deputy concierges, baggage porters and doormen Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests Actively listen and resolve guests’ complaint
