-The revenue manager maintains the transient room’s inventory and is responsible for maximizing transient revenues. The revenue manager releases group rooms back into general inventory and ensures clean booking windows for 7 Pines customers. -The position recommends pricing and positioning of the property. In addition, the position oversees the inventory management system to verify appropriateness of agreed upon selling strategies. -This person will be also responsible for assisting in supervision of the day-to-day activities and duties of the Reservations Department.
