Requisitos: Knowledge and skills: -Strong technical skills; problem solving abilities; business skills to drive the overall business case, scope and design goals; -Process oriented and good knowledge of application data modeling; -Strong ability to design effective solutions and influence design decisions. User knowledge of UML and Agile Development Methodologies SCRUM or Lean development; -Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced dynamic environment. You have intelligent risk taking tendencies. -Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Education: MSC or MA degree in Engineering, Financials/Economics, Business Administration or equivalent. Experience: -Minimum 2 years (junior) or minimum 5 years (senior) of experience as an IT Consultant, Developer or Designer. -Global ERP software experience. -Agile/lean work experience preferred.
