Description NGA is seeking a Business Analyst to join the products management team to help drive the design, integration and management of NGA’s global payroll solution. You'll belong to the Global Business Analyst team, reporting into the Product Management function and work closely with the Product Engineering team in the delivery of the business requirements. What do we need from you? We need business analyst skills that enable you to independently perform analysis and design in translating business requirements into techno-functional specifications and help ensure the engineers build the solution against the specification. You should be fluid, comfortable and competent in a heterogeneous application environment. Track overall project progress and report status and any issues to product management and project team members. Perform and direct others in root cause analysis, impact analysis, problem determination and problem resolution support. Collaborate with appropriate business and IT staff throughout the problem resolution process. You have experience from an HRIS (SF, WD, Oracle Fusion) or case management tools. We work with many teams, communicate with many people, work with vendors, stay within budgets and meet deadlines. We share, communicate and train each other. Requirements Qualifications and factors for success: 3+ years experience with Enterprise HR business applications including payroll Experience working with and integrating HRIS and Payroll providers Requirements gathering and analysis Functional/Process design and documentation Unit testing of new enhancements prior to handover to QA The ability to develop creative solutions to problems, complex and mundane Strong teamwork skills along with the ability to work virtually and independently as required Experience and willingness working with globally distributed sites and groups Demonstrated ability to communicate inside and outside the organization, both verbally and in writing in English Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business
