We are looking for a seasoned project manager responsible for all activities that occur on one or more airport special system implementation projects. Reporting directly to corporate leadership, the Project manager (PM) is actively engaged with subcontractors and client matters of all types. The PM is responsible for management of the following subordinate positions and all of their activities as relates to the projects to which the PM is assigned: Project engineers, field technicians, and their subordinates. Essential Job Functions: 1. Serves as key interface to the client or client's representatives. 2. Contract administration, and adherence both in terms of contract with the client and subcontractor contracts with us. 3. Creation, tracking, organization, and approval/execution of project correspondence (Requests for Information (RFI's), Submittals, Subcontractor Change Requests, Potential Change Orders to the Client, Subcontractor Coordination Meeting Minutes, and more). 4. Adherence to or improvement upon the contracted project schedule. 5. Execution of the work in a quality and professional manner. 6. Manage special systems testing process and interface closely with QCAA and vendors and consultants. 7. Manage, coach and develop assigned staff. 8. Administrative closeout of the project.
