To support our EAME Technical Service Team within our PU division, we are currently looking for a Technical Service Representative within the Footwear-Elastomers-Ace department. The main office for this role is at our European Headquarters in Everberg (near Brussels). As Technical Service Representative, you support the achievement of business objectives within the ACE and Footwear Technical Service Team by working on quality implementation and MPI to maximize ACE sustainable business, monitor feasibility from customers projects and doing lab experiments. KEY RESPONSABILITIES: - You develop formulations in order to meet customer requirements and to contribute significantly to the development of novel application techniques. - You explore and broaden your technology expertise in an independent way, of course on the same time in close collaboration with your manager and the rest of the team. - You carry out lab-trials to demonstrate the feasibility of the team’s technical developments. - You make sure that customer complaints are handled in a professional and correct way. - You acquire market intelligence where ever possible when in contact with customers and you share your knowledge with the rest of your team. - You maintain an orderly laboratory work, e.g by writing detailed work programs. - You act at all times in full knowledge and total compliance of Huntsman EH&S regulations.
