The laboratory TJH2b is looking for an ambitious, results orientated individual to join a global leader in diagnostic testing of oil, gas and other insulating materials used in transformers and high voltage equipment in the role of Sales Executive in Spain and Portugal. Reporting to the VP of Business Development, the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and development of business relationships between TJH2b and customers. The candidate will be responsible for the sales and promotion of TJH2b services within the defined territory. This role will involve identifying business opportunities for TJH2b in order to grow revenue in this region. Located in Malaga, the successful applicant will be field based with extensive travel throughout the region. Essential Criteria: • University qualification in Business, Engineering or Chemistry. • The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers and potential customers. • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. • Excellent communication. • Fluent Spanish and English skills (both written and oral). • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Ability to learn and retain information quickly. • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience and account management. • Hunter experience (acquisition sales) will be needed to be successful in the role. • Self-starter, entrepreneur, strong grounding of professional selling to large and medium organizations. • Self-motivated to continuously expand personal & professional knowledge. • Driving license. Desirable Criteria: • Experience in the electrical industry. • University qualification in Industrial or Electrical Engineering. • French or Portuguese language as a plus. • Experience using CRM software. • Experience organizing seminars and public presentations. • Knowledge of Social Media (Linked In) and email marketing.
