Working alongside an Amplify Media Consultant to coordinate and provide necessary administrative support to the execution of advertiser acquisition programmes in Spanish and South American Markets. Reports to Operations Manager.
? Fluent in Spanish and English language, both written and spoken ? Strong administrative skills, detail-oriented, highly organised with good time-management ? Advanced IT skills required; Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote ? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build relationships and work in a team environment ? Proven success in demonstrating initiative, driving projects from conception to completion, and meeting deadlines ? Can-do attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure and provide solutions to problems ? Ability to deal with resistance ? Adaptable to change such as the implementation of new processes and systems ? Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised, as well as part of a team Travel and Working Hours: ? This role involves extensive travel in Spain and South America (up to 24 weeks per year) ? Candidate must have a suitable home office working environment ? When working in Spain or Latin America, you will be expected to work within the local working hours ? You will regularly be expected to work outside of normal office hours, often at short notice in order to fulfil the expectations of the role ? While working away, all travel and meal costs are reimbursed by Amplify My Sales ? UK Office hours are 9am – 5pm
