As an Airport Transfer Planning Agent, you will play a supportive role on the day to day transfers and transport operation. Together and as part of the TUI Destination Services team you will manage changes in our transfer planning system (Asterix), control and support in flight arrivals and coordinate the operations with and between Airport Parking Team and Airport Traffic Team. You will also manage changes,cancellations,last minute bookings in coordination with our customer facing representative team and transfer department via phone and email. Furthermore you will support the transfer department in invoicing processes towards the tour operators as well as transport suppliers. Manage incidents, support claims and complaints processes and support improvement proposals are additional tasks for this role. Please note that this position is based on a seasonal contract only.
