As a Group Interface Agent, you will manage to group enquiries and reservations efficiently, in order to maximize guests satisfaction and the profitability of operations. The second part of the role is to capture groups from our various in house tour operators. You will create loyalty from them and operate these in an integrated way acting as an interface between the different departments involved in organizing the groups stay: Operations & Excursions, Sales Development, Airport, Service Delivery, Reservations office, Transfer Department, the hotel and others. You will daily be in contact with the tour operators, hoteliers, suppliers, in-house departments and our representatives in the destination and will be responsible that the organization of group travel is running smoothly. You will carrying out budgeting, supervising contracted services and operation and where applicable, invoicing services. Furthermore, you will ensure their profitability and the quality standards set by management and play a key part to maximize profitability and quality control. Ultimately, you will be working in an international team, closely linked to all above mentioned departments, aiming to grow and develop the area of groups with us together.
