GARMENDIA, an expanding international company global leader in License Management and Compliance Services, is seeking a driven individual who can manage complex audit technical analysis for worldwide License Compliance Program. POSITION SUMMARY Candidate will be joining Garmendia’s Global IT Services Unit as License Review Technical Analyst in Madrid, responsible for providing technical expertise to the License Management and Compliance Program for Oracle applications. RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide technical support to Garmendia’s License Review and Sales teams based on agreed guidelines. • Perform comprehensive and accurate analysis of Oracle Applications software usage based on technical measurement tools output and customer data. • Consolidate Oracle Applications software usage with the actual license grant. • Prepare license review report, present findings and explain license review reports to customers. • Track the collection and analysis associated with each customer review to ensure it is completed within team service levels. • Ensure the timely completion of technical measurement process steps. • Enhance productivity tools to automate data analysis activity. • Act as the technical expert in Oracle Licensing and compliance to both internal and external parties.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS • A degree in Computer Science, Software or Telecommunications Engineering. • Strong analytical skills, attention to details and quality checking. • Experience in reporting and data analysis activities. • Advanced Excel skills and BI tools. • Experience working with databases and data modeling is an advantage. • Good understanding of computer networks and software architectures. • Ability to present the License Review technical results to customers. • Result orientation. • Strong communication skills both written and verbal. • Able to work both independently and in a team environment. • Strong planning & Project management skills. • Problem solving & decision making. • Flexibility, responsiveness & change management oriented. • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously • Fluency in English is essential; fluency in another language an advantage.
