Requisitos: Previous experience of Digital/ Online training methods with a profound knowledge of delivering ‘operational training’ in a fast-paced environment L&D knowledge with thorough understanding and experience in applying all stages of the training cycle Experience of designing and delivering a variety of training solutions on or offline Strong project management skills with good understanding of project management disciplines, tools and techniques Consultancy, facilitation and negotiation skills and a creative, innovative thinker Global experience, recognising the differences in the way different cultures approach learning, especially on and off line solutions Credible and able to quickly establish relationships on a project by project basis A strong communicator, both in writing and spoken communication and confident in standing up and delivering audiences of various sizes Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team with flexibility to travel Budget Management
