Plastic Omnium Technical center in Lozorno is the main engineering center in Central Europe for the Division Auto Exterior. We are developping brand new products, for our premium customers. As part of the technical center, you will be working among international teams of engineers specialised in manufacturing processes, in design, in technical purchasing and other. As a member of core project team of the program manager and reporting hierarchically to the customer quality manager VW, you will be in charge of the quality of a Porsche project and therefore the main interface between customer and project team in regards to quality. JOB DESCRIPTION: * Have an independent customer position in the project especially for escalation process of quality risks * Lead the customer APQP process with the project core team in order to reach the desired quality. * Identify the gaps in the quality deliverables to the customer requirements * Solve quality gaps with the core team members and escalate to the Program Manager and Customer Quality Manager * Validate the core teams deliverables before presenting to the customer with the Program Manager * Support the plant quality manager's team in order to make sure all quality processes are effective to secure the start of production.
