The Global Product Management manager is responsible for the development, planning and implementation of products and to train and guide the sales teams as needed. This role is in a key position to formulate innovative product business development and sales strategies with our leadership team. The senior manager for Global Product Management will form productive and sustainable relationships with external and internal business partners (both suppliers and customers) to ensure the ongoing and focused development and success of our business expansion. Product portfolio definition, product specification, cost, pricing and selling strategies are key functions of this position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Define company strategic product plans for all components, products and systems. - Taking responsibility for delivering the targeted quarterly and annual revenue and margin contributions in alignment with the overall sales activities and strategies. - Identify and establish product roadmaps, product specifications, customer requirements and demands while managing (in alignment and cooperation with Product Management and Product Marketing / Product Engineering) the product programs and campaigns. - Support the sales teams in identifying and establishing a network of customers and prospects and offer them the newly defined product and system offerings. - Assess operational issues in regards to competitiveness, staying current in terms of trends, innovations and pricing while staying up to date with external and internal developments in the environment for identifying new market segments. - Carry out feasibility studies / business plans for product or service improvement, customizing, re-modeling and new product / sales / service development. - Responsible for planning and monitoring budgets and planning. - Complete other duties and products as assigned.
